Shipping policy
We ship our Crystal Beds and Chromatic Wands to customers in the UK and worldwide. As our products are dispatched differently, please read the information below before placing your order.
Crystal Bed Shipping
All Crystal Beds are manufactured in Brazil and shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer.
Shipping is provided by FedEx and is fully tracked and insured for added peace of mind.
Crystal Bed Shipping: £149.00
Once your Crystal Bed has been dispatched, you will receive your FedEx tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Please note that local collection is not available for Crystal Beds as they are shipped directly from Brazil.
Manufacturing & Delivery Times
Crystal Beds are manufactured to order, with manufacturing typically taking approximately 10 days.
Worldwide delivery is usually expected within approximately 2 weeks after dispatch, although international delivery times can vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, particularly where a shipment is subject to customs procedures or delays outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Import Charges
As Crystal Beds are shipped directly from Brazil, your order may be subject to customs clearance, import VAT, duties, courier handling charges or other fees when entering your country.
The customer is responsible for all applicable customs clearance, import duties, taxes and associated fees in their destination country.
These charges are not included in our shipping fee unless expressly stated otherwise.
We strongly recommend checking the applicable import requirements and potential charges in your country before placing your order.
If a customer refuses to complete customs clearance or pay applicable import charges, FedEx may return the shipment to the manufacturer in Brazil. We cannot accept responsibility for costs or delays resulting from a customer's refusal to complete the required customs process.

Chromatic Wand Shipping
Unlike our Crystal Beds, Chromatic Wands are dispatched by us from the UK. We receive the wands from Brazil in batches before fulfilling individual customer orders.
Shipping rates are:
UK & EU – £4.99
Worldwide – £9.99
Where tracking is provided for your shipment, the relevant details will be sent to you after dispatch.
Availability and dispatch times for Chromatic Wands may vary depending on when our latest batch arrives. If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will provide further information regarding your order.
Crystal Bed + Chromatic Wand Orders
Where a Crystal Bed and Chromatic Wand are purchased together, please be aware that the products may arrive separately.
The Crystal Bed is shipped directly from the manufacturer in Brazil via FedEx, while the Chromatic Wand is normally dispatched separately by us.
International Orders
We are delighted to supply customers worldwide. International delivery times can vary considerably depending on your location, customs procedures and local courier services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products can be legally imported into their destination country and for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes or customs charges.
