The Crystal Bed combines seven hand-shaped quartz crystals with coloured light, with each crystal positioned in alignment with one of the body's seven main energy centres, or chakras. Each crystal is paired with the colour traditionally associated with that chakra, creating a calming and immersive experience.

Simply lie comfortably beneath the Crystal Bed, fully clothed, while the coloured light is channelled through the quartz crystals. Gentle and non-invasive, it provides an opportunity to slow down, switch off and enjoy a period of deep relaxation.
